The final day of the contest featured three events, including Limited Penny Plane, Helicopter, and Ornithopter. Limited Pennyplane was popular with 14 entires. Junior Jaden Adraka finished third overall. Rey Mazzocco took second, and Chuck Andraka took home the gold. Only 31 seconds separated the top three spots.
Dmytro Silin was the only participant in Ornithopter and Helicopter. He headed home before the award ceremony. Indeed, many competitors opted to start their trips home on Monday.
Don Slusarcyzk was crowned Grand Champion with seven wins and an additional six podium finishes. Miles Polischuk took home the Junior Grand Championship.
Although attendance was lower than on previous days. Conditions inside the building were warm and stable.
